Grand Store Opening!
Finally, the P R I M R O S E boutique is now open on Second Life! I found a lovely spot through Surreal Estates on Fashion Boulevard which is just perfect. Out back there is a nice ocean view and benches around a bubbling fountain. And of course, the weather is perfect too.
Now I need to scramble to add the landmarks to all the packages, and make more STUFF! I took a class on meshes so I can't wait to get started. I will also be adding a lucky chair to the shop soon...so if you like free stuff (really, who doesn't), come on down if only for that (that is seriously ALL I did at one point in my Second Life--it's hard to stop). Forget - Her - Not
Be unforgettable in this strapless forget-me-not dress with sweetheart neckline. The soft yellow tulle underskirt mimics the centers of the tiny blue flowers that cluster together at the waist, just as they cluster together at the water's edge in nature. Forget-me-nots are one of my favorite flowers. Their tiny size makes me love them even more. Alaska made a good choice naming it the state flower. Such a small flower doesn't make it into bouquets, or even much fashion or home decor as a design, so I just had to celebrate it with my SL store. I think I'm going to give out this dress as a thank you to my first customers, so they forget-me-not!

It just seemed meant to be and so asked him if I could include it with the outfit and he kindly agreed. Maybe he'll make some more neat creations that I can include with future fashions again. One can hope!

Titanic "Swim" Dress
P R I M R O S E presents Titanic Rose!
It's the beautiful heroine dress, a.k.a. the "swim" dress. True to the design in the epic movie, the top is lilac with white lace, the skirt is soft and flowing with pale pink-edged panels, and the sash drapes delicately on the back.

It's Titanic's 100th anniversary--you might not be able to go see the real sunken ship but you can visit the Titanic on SL in all its regal glory--go ballroom dancing on the deck or head to the bow to do the famous flying pose with your Jack.
As a fan of the movie, Kate Winslet and the amazing costumes she wore, I just had to make my favorite dress. I love all the others too...there will be more to come!
