Signature Style Dress - FREE!

Just because it's FREE doesn't mean it isn't fabulous because this pink, strapless dress features a dainty black belt, a delicate primrose design on the skirt and a frilly white "tulle" underskirt.

A Glittering Gown

Finally I'm revealing my "baby" to the world...Midnight Sparkle!

I love things that glitter and shine, but in all my SL days I never saw a dress that glittered; I only saw the "bling" that would flash every few seconds on non-flexi items like jewelry. But this skirt is still flexi--and the sparkles move right along with it! Dazzle everyone as if you've captured the stars twinkling in the sky when you don this innovative and gorgeous ensemble...you won't regret it!

What A Day - 1st Customer, Lacey Lady & Leopard Lady

What a day it has been--an amazingly productive one! Prayer works because I finished 2 more designs and also had my very first customer (and my store still isn't even open yet). Thank you Miss Teresa for asking about my future shop, and I hope you enjoy your Cherries Jubilee dress. You look super cute in it! I appreciate you letting me snap a shot for my blog too.

Now for the new designs...first up is Lacey Lady. This classy ensemble features a black lace overshirt that has a custom floral pattern of primroses, an optional waist bow that has flexi tails, and 3 choices of colors for the dress underneath which my also be worn with or without the lace top depending on your mood. Choose from Petal Pink, Grass Green, or Berry Blue.

And finally, Leopard Lady. It comes with the same dress as Lacey Lady but in Fire Engine Red. That's just in case you're not sure what to wear underneath because it's all about the luscious leopard fur coat (it's faux fur, of course--no animals were harmed in the making). Be a vision in this fashion-forward outfit that features a custom leopard print and black belt with a shiny gold buckle to accentuate your lovely waistline.

That's all for today but I have even more in the works...the best is yet to come!

First Design - Cherries Jubilee

To say I am excited right now is a huge understatement as I have just completed my very first dress that will be sold in my future store: CHERRIES JUBILEE. It has nothing to do with the dessert other than the cherries, but when my sister was a little girl she named her first bike Cherries Jubilee (it had red handlebars) so I was always fond of that name. I have an obsession with cherries--no idea why, but it's been that way for years and years so I simply had to do a cherry-themed dress (I won't even mention how many cherry items I own). After much trial and error I finally completed the look I wanted: A black halter dress with a custom cherry print design, flexi neck bow, and flexi skirt with a red "tulle" underskirt. I was going for retro and I think it's just perfect for that stylish fashionista.

When I finally finished the dress complete with snapshots, I could not create a poster that looked good. Graphic Design is a very particular area that I am pretty sure I have absolutely no talent for, so I texted my bestie to ask her if she'd be willing to design the poster for me. We met in art school and she has been a professional graphic designer for many years now, so thankfully she was kind enough to help me out right away and make a beautiful design. Might I just add: there is nothing wrong with seeking help from others when you need it--in fact, I find that when I do the end result is way better than I could have even imagined. Love to my bestie!
